NOTE: In the procedures, in the SELECT JID FROM SRO_VT_ACCOUNT.dbo.SK_PackageItemSaleLog WHERE PackageItemID IN (1797,1798,1799,1800,1801,1802)) section, I performed the operation according to the CharID if it is not in the PackageItemSaleLog table. You can remove these parts.
